Ok, so I found the Neutrogena deal on a couple sites and had to run to CVS this afternoon on my way home to get it.  One of my CVS’s on my way home from work is great because not many people get the deals there.  I was able to do both deals on each card.

The facial bar soaps that are $2.99 each, are working for this deal.  Only the original and fragrance-free bars.

Buy 2 Facial Soaps = $5.98
Hopefully you pay with ECBs
Earn $10 in ECBs!
=FREE + $4.02 overage after ECBs!

I used the $5.98 that I got yesterday from the Colgate Toothpaste deal!  I paid 0.00 out of pocket!

Cost $5.98 – ECB $5.98 = 0.00

Earn $10.00 ECB – $5.98 = Profit $4.02!!

For my other card I used a $4 ECB and then I used my GC.  I tried to use the $2 of Men’s Neutrogena CRT that I received last week.  Some people on the iheartcvs site commented that it worked for them.  My cashier said “No, that doesn’t match.”   So, YMMV.
