Wow! Here is the scoop on the Triple Event at Shoppers Food!

Thanks to FrugalFriends for discovering this event!  Laura did an amazing job and got 99% savings!  I haven’t heard of such a thing.  Looks like she got some overage on her purchases.  This will vary by store and cashier I believe.
