Meal Planning 2/13/12

 

 

This is week 7 on creating a meal plan for the week.  This is going to be an easy week.  I made some extra meals on the weekend to enjoy during the week.

Monday: Breakfast:  Cereal Lunch Homemade Chicken Nuggets  Dinner: Chicken & Spicy Tahi Sauce (Made it last night to have tonight!)

Tuesday:Breakfast Homemade Frozen Waffles Lunch PB&J  Dinner: Broccoli Tofu Stir Fry or Pasta – V-day!

Wednesday:  Breakfast Cereal  Lunch Pasta Os and Black Beans  Dinner: Spinach Pie

Thursday: Breakfast Oatmeal and cereal Lunch PB&J Dinner: Hamburger Helper

Friday: Breakfast Cereal Lunch Fastfood  Dinner: Chicken enchiladas

Saturday: Breakfast Eggs Lunch Takeout  Dinner: leftovers/pasta

Sunday: Lunch  Free for all Dinner: leftovers
