I just learned about another blog check this out. She has a list of freebies that you can enter each week.
During the payment process many online stores will have a field to enter a coupon or promotion code. Entering a special code will give you a discounted rate or free extras. I know most companies have online coupon codes, but where can I find them?
Some online stores will allow you to enter more than one!
retailmenot.com – This is a great site to find the online coupon codes. It takes almost no time or effort to search. There are over 15,000 stores listed.
currentcodes.com – This site listed alphabetically
keycode.com – for the latest offers, sign up for RSS feeds
rather-be-shopping.com – this site updates coupon codes daily
JCPenny Outlet Stores are having a sale this Friday, October 31 – Saturday, November 1! Cards were mailed out this week. Save an Extra 25% off the Entire Store! You must bring this card to save 25% off our low outlet prices!
The card says: “One card per customer. Card valid for one-time use at JCPenny Catalog Outlet Store only. Excludes prior purchases. Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards and jcp.com/catalog orders. Card cannot be combined with any other offer. Card must be surrendered at time of purchase. Merchandise available until stock is depleted. Valid Friday, October 31 & Saturday, November 1, 2008. No Cash value.”
This is a great deal! In the past the cards are available at the store, but there is no guarantee.
Here is a little bit about me. I enjoy saving money. It is a thrill to find good deals and know that I didn’t have to spend as much money. Then save the money I would have spent for future use.
I remember being a little girl, and my father showing me my savings account statement for the first time. He explained to me that the bank would pay me interest for having my money. From that day forward I was hooked on saving money. Don’t get me wrong I’ve made mistakes. We are all human. Saving isn’t easy. Managing money isn’t easy either. Now that I’m a little older and wiser I’ve learned to be debt-free.
Let’s get started on saving more and being a bit wiser doing it!
One of my favorite websites is Hot Coupon World ! HCW is a great website to learn about coupons. This is where I learned a lot about CVS and other store deals. When I find interesting posts I will include them here.
I also subscribe to The Grocery Game. It is a list you pay for that helps you find great deals at local stores in your area. I highly recommend starting with this for a trial period or longer. It’s an easy way to get started with coupons.
My favorite blog is The Thrifty Mama. The Thrifty Mama has a fantastic blog that talks about everything from Natural and Organic products to shopping thrifty at CVS, Walgreens and Publix.
More to come!
I’ve made it to the blog-o-sphere! Soon you should be reading here about all sorts of things.
