Zyrtec deals at Rite Aid

Rite Aid, Shopping Plans, Shopping Trips, Uncategorized
Before I crash into bed.  It's been a long day.  It's been a long week for that matter.  There are so many posts that I want to write about but so little time.   I can't wait to chat about gardening and what we did last weekend.  Plus, today I got my library book about "Square Foot Gardening"! The other day my co-worker brought in for me the Rite Aid ad.  I don't usually get it in my Washington Post coupon section so I always check some of the other blogger sites that I like to visit to see about some of the good deals.  The ad this week had some great deals including these "triple coupons", which I had never seen before.   My store was out of them the first…

I used my CVS card today and bought a couple things, including this great deal on Cetaphil.   I've always been a huge fan of Cetaphil and this last year I signed up for their email updates.  Click HERE to sign up.   They informed me of a survey and afterward  I could print out a $5 coupon for any 16 oz products coupon, I pressed the back button and got a second one.  If you are a member of the Cetaphil club make sure you fill out that survey and get some great deals on Cetaphil. Click HERE and see if you can fill out the survey.  No guarantee that it will work if you aren't a member. CVS has Cetaphil on sale for Buy 1 Get 1 50%. 1- Cetaphil…

Harris Teeter Shopping Trip – Triple Coupon event – 3/25/10

Harris Teeter, Shopping Trips, Uncategorized
I'm excited to say that I stopped at Harris Teeter this morning. A word to the wise, not all stores carry the same products. My store didn't carry the pasta which I was looking forward to getting. Make sure you read and follow the coupon policy as best you can. When I checked out the cashier told me that you can ONLY use 2 or 3 Internet coupons but said that she has heard otherwise from customer service and the wording in the coupon policy isn't well worded.  She accepted all of my Internet coupons.  Here is the confusing wording. Internet Coupons: We gladly accept internet manufacturer’s coupons for product; however no “free” product internet coupons are accepted. With the purchase of two like manufacturer’s products, we accept two internet…

Friend’s Trip to Giant on 03/22/10 – Saved 76%

Giant, Shopping Trips, Uncategorized
Wow!  My friend Ruth sent me her picture and transaction totals for her first coupon trip with multiple transactions!  She even  rolled over the $10 General Mills Catalina deal each time and did all of this with her 2 little girls.  I'm impressed! Since she is new to collecting her coupon inserts she didn't have all of the coupons available to  her.  She used the internet coupons and the  "Spring Savings" book.  She mentioned that some of the coupons beeped and the cashier pushed them through and it took about 15 minutes to check out.  She went early when the store was quite. Great Job Ruth! Transaction #1: Total before savings: $20.50 Total after sales prices & coupons: $9.93 Transaction #2: Total before savings: $21.16 Total after sales prices &…

Coupons, Giant, Shopping Trips, Uncategorized
This weekend was a super busy weekend for my family.  I had those $5 and $3 catalina coupons from last week's Giant trip that was to expire on 3/20/10, so I ran in Giant at 8:00 AM with my daughter (she drove the red car cart) and was able to do the General Mills catalina deal.  MoneyWiseMoms has a great post about it HERE. I spent out of pocket $12.72 and got a $10 catalina to use on my next purchase. This is what it all means to save. If you haven't gone yet here is some good news to make this deal even sweeter!  My friend Ruth mentioned as a comment that there is a new booklet of coupons at Giant available at the customer service desk called "Spring…

CVS Shopping Trip 2/27/2010

On Saturday I stopped at CVS to get some Benadryl for my daughter.  She had a very strange case of hives on Friday and the doctor said that she was ok but must have been exposed to something that she was allergic to.  We just can't figure out what it could be.   The hives didn't last long.  She wasn't bothered by them either. While I was at my favorite CVS, which I might add is very small, I decided to look at some of the other deals.  In my email I got a $5/$30  coupon and thought this would be a perfect time to use it. Tide 100 oz was on sale for $10.99 - Get $2 ECBs Tide Stain Release $4.49 Used the Buy a Tide get a Tide…

Harris Teeter Shopping Trip – 02/23/2010

Food, Harris Teeter, Shopping Trips, Uncategorized
I needed milk and I really wanted to go to Harris Teeter for the last day of super double coupon event.  Thanks to my wonderful couponizer I did have several coupons that I could use to make the trip well worth my while. Here is a neat hint in the front of the store most Harris Teeter stores will have a clearance setup.  This store had a lot of medicine but a lot of it was expired!!! Oops!! Not even sure if they are allowed to sell expired medicines.  Anyway, always check you never know what deals you might find. I don't have everything in the picture because I put all of the yogurt and milk away.  Did you stop at Harris Teeter?  What did you get? 3 - Comtrex…
