JCPenny Outlet locations are located HERE. I love this outlet because it a true outlet! Last weekend I went to look for some nice draperies for our bedroom. I’m still impressed with my find. Even though I do like to sew I would not be able to make these for this price. $12.99 a panel normally $80 a panel. I got all 6 panels for $81.84! I saved 83%.
