Wow!  Check out the snow in the background!  My family and I went to JCPenny Outlet first and then we went to Bottom Dollar Food so I could use the $10/$40 coupon.

I got so much food for only $47.09!   That is just a little bit over my goal for the week.   However, I did spurge this week and bought some lunch at work and took my dear Mom out to lunch.  The nice thing about going out to lunch is I was able to get 3 meals out of it because I took the left overs home.

Not everything is in the picture because I had to make my daughter lunch before I could take a picture.  I put all of the frozen veggies, cubed meat, milk and cheeses away, so try and imagine all of that on the table too.   Note that we had some of the juice for lunch.

My plan here was to get basic groceries as well as some stock pile items such as sugar, ketchup, dried beans and baked beans.  I got a lot of fruit since it was at a pretty good price and I will be using it for a fruit salad tomorrow at a brunch we are attending.
