This is week 24 on creating a meal plan for the week. Just when I am getting back into it I stop! The reason being is we had the big storm that hit our area right before the 4th of July and that messed up the whole week because we were out of power for 108 hours. Yuck! It was no fun. I’ve decided to change things up a bit. I’m starting this post super early (Thursday) so that I can get it done on time! I’m so proud of myself for this. It will give me enough time to think about the up coming week and get it posted!
However, today is Tuesday and I’m just getting to it. I had a lot on my to-do list this past weekend which I’m so proud to say that I got a lot done. There is never enough hours in the day. How is your week coming along?
Monday: Breakfast:Cereal Lunch Breakfast Sausage, Yogurt and fruit Dinner Pasta with Wontons and veggies
Tuesday:Breakfast Cereal and Yogurt Lunch Preschool Sandwiches and fruit and Qasadeas Dinner: Whole Wheat Pork leftover Quesadeas
Wednesday: Breakfast Oatmeal Banana Cookies Yum! Lunch Preschool Sandwiches and Pasta Dinner: Hummus and Bread
Thursday: Breakfast Oatmeal Banana Cookies Lunch Preschool Hummus and Bread Dinner: Mac N Cheese with veggies Yum! – My kids LOVE it when I take the frozen yellow carrots and orange carrots cooked really well and then pureed and added to good old Mac N Cheese. They eat it all up. Yum!
Friday: Breakfast Cereal Lunch Fastfood treat Dinner: Frozen Veggies Soup I found some ugly looking veggies in the freezer that are freezer burned but are still edible just not tasty so why not make it into a soup?!
