I'm a huge Big Lots fan! I've mentioned this before but I'll say it again. I love Big Lots. Before I got into using coupons I would go to Big Lots on a regular basis. My wonderful sister-in-law stopped at Dirt Cheap a couple weeks ago and she got me the best deal! Probably one of the best deals this year! She got me 480 for $85! That is $.17 a diaper! For size 6, I might add. She also got me all of these wipes for $19.80! So, what is Dirt Cheap? I never heard of it myself until she called me to ask if I would like diapers and wipes. It is a true rock bottom price store that gets truck loads of items and there are times you never know what they may have. See the Snow? JCPenny Outlet locations are located HERE. Here is my shopping spree at JCPenny Outlet today. I couldn't help myself! I guess I can say I am a shop-aholic when it comes to clearance items. My plan was to spend less than $100 and try for $50. I was thankful I reached under $100! I'm impressed. This was after using the 25% coupon on my entire purchase which by itself saved me $29.69! I found great items for my daughter's birthday including educational items. I got socks that I needed and I got my husband some undershirts and underwear which were the "expensive" items in this trip. Thanks so much to Laura from Frugal Friends for meeting me at Harris Teeter this morning! My daughter had a great time. It is so nice to go with another couponer because you can think creatively and share coupons too! Plus, it helps to have someone else to ask, "Is this a good deal?" I also want to compliment Harris Teeter in Manassas again because they have very good customer service and Harris Teeter because they are so kid friendly! Not only do they have "cool" carts for the kids to "drive" around the store but they have a "free" cookie and "free" balloon for the kids too. I hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. I'm so thankful for my family, friends and my health. Going into the Holiday season remember that you don't have to do it all and take only one day at a time.
