I’ve been doing some research on where to get flu shots this year. All of these grocery stores and drug stores accept most insurance plans. Check with your insurance provider on which one they have a contract with before going. Most of the insurance plans pay the fee so there is no out of pocket expense. If your insurance doesn’t accept or you don’t have insurance most flu shots are under $30 and there are some great incentives to be had. Here is a list of stores that have the best incentives that I’ve found. See below:
- Rite Aid -$100 value coupon booklet
- CVS – 20% off coupon on non-sale items
- Target – Some consumers will have a received a coupon for a $10 gift card when getting a flu shot
- Giant – $30 value coupon booklet + use a $5 off a flu shot that prints as a Catalina for most customers
- Safeway – 10% off grocery coupon
