The Cost of Diapers 2010 – January Update

One of the reasons I started to get into couponing was because of the cost of diapers and wipes.  I would go to Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Babies R Us and compare the prices and figure which store would give me the best deal and then I discovered the 'coupon'.  Coupons as you may or may not already know hold the key to finding some great deals.  In the last year thanks to the CVS and Rite Aid I've lowered my cost to diapers to about $300 a year. I'm running low on my stockpile of diapers.  Big thanks to Rite Aid for the great diaper deals recently.  I've either spent very little or earned a profit.  I think so far I've spent under $300 for diapers this year alone. I'll have to it add up. It might even be less than that since most of the time I get them at CVS or Rite Aid. People wonder why I love coupons.  This is a great example as to why I love coupons!  When there is a way to buy the things I need for my family and get them cheap, free or profit, it is so worth it. Rite Aid Shopping Trips – 7/12-7/18

I successfully did the Rite Aid Huggies Diaper deal this week!  Now, you can do the rebates 1 or unless otherwise stated.  I've included some other options that could have worked as well, a note for the future. (Note: I had already bought a pack earlier in May that qualified for the 6 pack of Huggies diapers.  That purchase I made a $0.1 PROFIT.) I've also updated the Rite Aid Coupon Policy.  The manager at my favorite Rite Aid explained to me that you can use more than 1 Internet Coupon per transaction, in other words, 1 Internet Coupon per purchase, just like regular manufacturer coupons.  Woohoo! How to Make a Swim Diaper?

I've been thinking about for the last month.  Can I make a swim diaper for my daughter?  I love to sew but haven't had much time recently.  Now, that I have a project on my mind I have to find some time to do it.  But, first I need a pattern.  After searching and searching online I finally found a pattern.
